* I have been lucky enough to work with the FAW football on a number of occasions. Primarily analysing the South Regional squads U15’s both Boys and Girls camps. The importance of the regional squad ensures that I must obtain an high level of standard as performance analyst as I was also selected to be the performance analyst for the Central Wales Regional Squad in the Cyrmu Cup 2013 & 2014 . Roles and responiblities for Regional Camps & Games * Record and live tag (matches/training) * Select video clips based on the instructions from management and trusted with my tactical/technical knowledge of football, the team philosophy and playing strategy. * Work closely with coaches to select the most appropriate clips for presentation to the players * Assist in the presentation of clips, controlling the video * Analyse the game using Sportscode Cymru Cup 2013/2014 Roles and responsibilities * Film matches * Head coaches under review were filmed and I provided clips to their senior advisors * Assist in the post match presentation to the players

Worked with Cardiff City as part of my Work experience module in MY Sports coaching and Performance degree working 3 evenings a week with coaches from Cardiff City academy. Each evening provided different age ranges & levels of technical ability -After school club (3-11y): Put on fun sessions for the younger age group to develop the basics aspects of football. The older age group required more technical practices to progress their technical ability -Development Centre u14: Provide more advanced practices for the players to develop the tactical aspects as well as technical ability

* Spent 3 months travelling through several states (south & north carolina, virginia & pennslyvania) assisted in the running of football camps for a wide range of age groups * Registering players onto camp * Providing fun but learning skill games to improve player performance

This was where I gained the experiences in Coaching, Sport science, Sport physiology and earning my Level 2 coaching qualification learning off experienced coaches (Dave Adams, David Gough & James Rowberry) in the importance of correcting technical aspects and proving information on the tactical aspects of the game ensuring that all players are capable of playing the correct and best possible way earning my level 2 coaching qualification and also learning the tactical/technical side to football.

Through the course I became involved in Performance Analysis learning from staff (Dr Gemma Robinson & Joao Sacramento) with my coursework requiring me to deliver a pre-match presentation on any match providing information/clips on team line-ups, attacking threats, defensive capabilities and ways to play against. Ultimately , my dissertation focused on the analysis on the most effective attacking transition in European competition focusing specifically on European teams with results showing potentially positive attacking threats when teams were exposed in wide areas but more research is required
