Managed and developed 10 apparel factory teams across 5 countries, overseeing production planning, capacity management, and cost optimization. Led costing operations, negotiations, and analytics to maintain flat cost performance across multiple seasons. Achieved on-time delivery improvement from 60% to 90%, avoiding over USD 2.4M in costs. Implemented KPI frameworks and process enhancements to improve visibility and supplier accountability. Reduced material liabilities in factories by more than 95% (from 323K USD to 1.9K USD) & claims from customer against factory by 50% (from 232K USD to ~115K USD) within one production season by providing data analytics and collaborating with stakeholders.

Oversaw supply and material readiness for Indonesia’s two largest factories, contributing 30% of global volume (bags, balls, shin guards). Supported new factory ramp-up projects and managed sourcing allocation strategy across Asia. Delivered 368% production volume growth through optimized capacity planning and supplier performance management. Key liaison between regional planning, logistics, and global sourcing teams to ensure alignment and agility.

Managed Material Requirement Planning (MRP) across Asia affiliates, ensuring optimal inventory and seamless supply continuity through collaboration with global suppliers and logistics networks.

Oversaw excise tax stamp planning, direct materials planning, and process improvement initiatives to optimize production efficiency. Introduced new planning systems reducing workload and cutting inventory days by 50% (~USD 14M/day equivalent). Led the project for Asia Pacific regionalization of Material Requirement Planning for Philip Morris Pakistan.

Managed projects in Hand-rolled Manufacturing to improve productivity, efficiency, quality, ergonomics, and other factors related to production process. Developed a new concept and platform for continuous improvement ideas across all Hand-rolled Manufacturing organization.

Manage production planning and budgeting across 42 Hand-rolled production units.. Process improvement by creating and managing new templates used to cut down the process of budgeting from full two days to just 4-6 hours.

Short term assignment to new Hand-rolled Plant Silo Jember. Managed production unit with two admins and ~600 hand-rolled workers. Increased productivity, improve quality of the products while maintaining good relationship between HM Sampoerna and the workers.

Managed Key Performance Indicators (KPI) of each Hand-rolled production unit (42 production units across Java Island) to Hand-rolled Operations Management, resulting in allocation management.

Computer Programming Lab mainly teaches the basics for computer programming. The software that was used is Pascal 4.0. Responsibilities: • to assist the Lecturer on Computer Programming course and also to help the students on how to solve many kinds of cases regarding programming using Pascal 4.0.
