- Processing purchase orders of spare parts and new equipment for the company’s facilities according to purchase requests from the engineering department. - Preparation of offer requests and evaluation of the acquired quotations, in terms of cost, quality and lead time, as well as negotiations with the suppliers. - Follow – up current orders and agreements. - Transport arrangement in collaboration with logistics companies and co-ordination of the transportation in order to ensure on – time deliveries. - Labor agreements with contractors. - Project coordinator on company’s facilities refurbishments. - Designing of new facilities (AutoCAD).
