Focus on the following projects or businesses : - Set up lean business team to introduce Danerher business system and lean production system across the company specialized in stator/rotors delivered to most of main local OEMs ,metal/graphite bipolar plates for hydrogen energy industry,bearing cages delivered to all main global Top 8 bearing manufactuers ,stamping interior parts for mainstream auto OEMs . - Help President&GM (company owner) manage and evaluate all functions' monthly performance - Organize Monthly Business Review and follow up all actions to make sure of achieving the business target - Lead to introduce SAP system into the company - Lead to introduce total budget management

JJE is specialized in electric powertrain system ( Electric Motor, Reducer , Inverter and 3-in-1 EDM ) to global/local OEMs like Stellantis , Traton , Geely, ,BAIC, GAC,Chery , Foton and etc. both in passenger and commercial sectors . The processes include SMT/DIP/Conformal/ICT/FCT/Burn-in/Testing ; Stamping and stator/rotor core welding;machining;Stator/Rotor/E-motor/2in1/3in1 assembly&testing processes. Manage 5 plants of about 2000 employees including one plant in detroit and the other 4 local ones .

Directly reporting to FCA China/ APAC COO and BOD JV composed by GAC and FCA leadership during this period . Hangzhou IVECO ( HAVECO 50-50 owned by Fiat Chryser and GAC Motors respectively ) - is specialzied in dual duty cluch transmission (DDCT) ,manual transmisson ( MT) and very robust experience in gear & shaft manufacturing and lean production system .

Dispatched by Fiat-Chrysler(China) as Engine GM to GAC-FIAT automobile Co., Ltd. as engine plant manager to manage various functions including Plant Product Engineering , program&launch management, AME&ME, production, SCM, quality ,HR , maintenance , plant costing,ESH . Directly reporting to International Operations VP ( Fiat Chrysler PWT ), JV GMs from GAC and Fiat Chrysler .
