Customer Support: I contributed to plan journeys according to the needs of customers.

Customer support: I was responsible for monitoring customer orders, order confirmations, the issuance of delivery notes, invoices and payment reminders by means of the computer tools SAP and MS Office. I was also responsible for a variety of complementary activities, such as updating customers price lists, the aggregation and preparation of business statistics, logistic data and products data sheets for the use of both the direction and customers. Proactive support to the sales & marketing manager at DURABLE Italy: support in the marketing area, preparing listing proposals and translations of marketing materials such as sales folders and advertising pages.

Reporting directly to the director, I helped to organize and to set up a temporary exhibition, I catalogued historical documents and artifacts and I proactively helped to create a database concerning the visitors’ expectations and suggestions, incrementing the customer satisfaction and assisting to the creation of a customer satisfaction plan.

Foreign languages and literatures (German and English). Studies in the field linguistics (linguistics, German philology, foreign language teaching/didactics). Studies in the field economics and marketing. Year-long course of Spanish. Bachelor Thesis Title "La struttura della frase e l´utilizzo del lessico del tedesco parlato in ambito accademico: conferenze a confronto". Topic: Experimental linguistic analysis of an audio file, which I transcribed, concerning three speeches in German during a conference.

Participation in the Erasmus program of study for the second academic year of the bachelor degree in foreign languages and literatures. Deepening of my language skills and development of high skills in the field translation. Deepening of my knowledge of the German and English literature.
