SG Paper - Engineering & Consulting is an engineering company founded in 2013 from professional competences grown in paper sector after decades of experience in analyzing and solve issues related to stock preparation lines. Knowledge in chemical / mechanical engineering and paper technology permits to SG Paper to satisfy the mission of guarantee to the customer complete support in term of project management, basic and detailed engineering, start up and commissioning, troubleshooting.

SITE MANAGER FOR THE COMPLETE START-UP OF TISSUE TURN-KEY PROJECT The initial cooperation with the customer focused on supervising the start-up of the stock preparation has been extended to the project management of the entire tissue line turn-key project supplied by an Italian manufacturer and located in Iran / Golpouneh Pars Industrial Co. (GPI), one of the leading company in Iran with interests in tissue and carton board production. GPI tissue machine is designed for 1,400 m/min operating speed, with 2,750 mm trim width at reel and nominal production capacity of 65 t/day. The installation includes a crescent former tissue machine with a single suction press configuration, 3.6 m diameter cast iron Yankee Dryer and a last generation energy saving gas heated hood. Stock preparation, approach flow system, winder, machine auxiliaries, water treatment and electrification complete the system. In charge of development (planning, organisation and then realisation) of all the necessary activities and responsable of coordination of local or foreign human resources, the project has been moved through the following steps: - development of project plans or charts and in progress updating - revision and correction of mechanical installation - development of functional description and software for stock preparation and water treatment, complete tissue machine and its drive's automation, auxiliaries such as steam and condensate system / vacuum / hood / dust removal system, winder and its drive's automation - personnel’s training (in class followed by teaching in the field) - cold commissioning and water test run for the entire system - start-up and fine tuning of the entire system Actually the TM is producing good quality tissue paper already available for sale.

As Technical Manager responsible of the development of projects, from the commercial discussion and initial design up to commissioning / service post sale (as Site Manager), to specific clients all over the world, by coordinating a team of person with knowledge in mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, controls and by handling all the relations with buyer and between buyer and sub-suppliers. As R&D Manager responsible of pilot plant.
