Managing Director and member of the Board of the Italian legal entity counting 3 manufacturing sites and 800 people overall for a turnover of 120 m€.. Responsibilities: - Direct and manage the Italian Business Unit to achieve profitability and growth in line with the corporate strategy - Planning and controlling the activity of the manufacturing sites to maximise efficiency, productivity, costs control and service level to customers. - Drive Operational Excellence - Lean Manufacturing, continuos improvement , and implementation of MPS (MAHLE Production System) - Full P&L responsibility : Business plan and long range plan preparation and operational target definition. - Drive execution of the business plan to achieve targets and deliver the financial results agreed at corporate level. - Represent the company in all relationships with customers, Government Officials, Unions and third parties - Assett management and production footprint strategy:products relocations and plant moves Competencies: Operational excellence in maufacturing and througout all processes and business functions Turnaround Management and Performances improvement Business plan development & execution Change Managment Restructuring (labor cost opmtimisation, social plans, plants shutdowns) Organisational and people development Six Sigma green belt Fluent in Italian English and spoken French
