Stefano Arrigoni

I’m an experienced professional who has covered a broad range of roles, from purely technical to more commercially oriented ones, from R&D scientist to R&D management, from Technical Marketing to Business Development and Product Management. My main domain of expertise is specialty polymers, namely fluorinated polymers and high performance elastomers, used in semiconductor processes, as food contact materials as well as in oil & gas and energy applications and in transportation. I’m also author of several publications and conference speeches as well as inventor / co-inventor of more than 10 different patent families. Leading and collaborating with global teams with diverse backgrounds in matrix organizations, I’ve developed my leadership style that allows me to seamlessly interact with and influence multiple levels of the organizations with different roles and responsibilities.
