I'm a lifelong learner with a GROWTH mindset! I am a passionate, empathetic leader driven to help organizations cultivate a positive and psychologically safe company culture. I am a connector who loves people and connecting the dots! I pride myself in building strong relationships, be that personally or professionally. I have a keen interest in and passion for interpersonal relationships and group dynamics. I am highly motivated and have a strong track record of success. What I can bring to an organization is truly unique (dare I call myself a unicorn? :) ). My background in talent acquisition and program management as well as driving process change, coupled with my human resources experience allows me to contribute to organizations both large and small. I am purposeful and intentional in viewing all aspects of an organization through the lens of diversity and inclusion. My Personal Beliefs: There are builders and there are employees at any company. I have always viewed myself as a builder. The work I choose to do is too important to be a passenger at work. I'd rather be in the driver's seat. I believe in being bold, taking risks and challenging the status quo. I am excited to challenge people so they can use their passion to fuel their growth.
