Audit of statutory and reporting package financial statements (IAS/IFRS, US GAAP), including consolidated financial statements; Planning audits and developing audit strategies (including time budget) along with identification of potential risk areas; Directing the activities of assigned senior auditors, staff and review and supervise their fieldwork in order to ensure proper completion of audit project. Perform periodic performance evaluation of the assigned resources; Identifying critical risks, systems’ evaluation and recommending improvements therein; Risk identification and assessment, regulatory and compliance audits; Analyze control issues and propose recommendations for control process improvement solutions; SOX projects; Special internal controls review projects.
