Curiosity and experience drive me to move as a woman in an almost exclusively male world. I believe in individual talent, in teamwork that enhances it and in difference as an advantage. My years at Dox-al: from the Telex archive to General Management. So many struggles, so many battles and so many wars that have led to many defeats but also to many victories. Successes achieved not only thanks to my work, but above all thanks to the people I have had the honour to work with. I have always worked in the zootechnical sector: excellence and primacy of Italy in the world, a sector of Italian pride. However, it is an almost exclusively male environment that has only recently understood the true value of women and the contribution they can make to the sector. If I look back, today I can say that I am proud to be a woman and that I am very lucky to have had the opportunity to work and learn about this sector. I owe this to my parents, whose hard work in the company taught me the values that I try to pass on to my daughters today. 1985: I started attending SDA BOCCONI, an evening course on business management, for a period of 6 months. In the meantime, I was working in all company departments at Dox-al. This course was very important for understanding and getting to know the company and its organisational model in its entirety. 1990: Quality assurance: UNI EN ISO 9000 certification. This was the first innovation that allowed Dox-al to implement a quality and traceability system. It was a wonderful team effort that allowed me and all the staff to describe Dox-al's procedures and operating instructions. We were one of the first Italian companies to obtain this certification. 1995: Start-up of the new headquarters in Sulbiate (Monza-Brianza), initially with just a few departments. 2000: Construction of the new Office Building and the GMP Pharmaceutical Workshop at the new Sulbiate site. 2004: Inauguration of the Sulbiate headquarters. 2010: Commercial Management Italy. This assignment allowed me to complete my knowledge of the Dox-al corporate world. Also in this case it was a wonderful experience, which gave me the opportunity to understand the dynamics of the sector outside the company. From 2015 to June 2020: General Manager
