- Prepared tenant recoveries and calculations for base rent, operating expenses, property taxes and other recurring billings while maintaining working paper files for a diverse retail portfolio, working primarily with JDE and Excel - Adhered to accrual accounting principles by calculating and recording monthly contract accruals and matching expenses to period incurred - Calculated and recorded amortization of capital assets, landlord work, tenant inducements, and leasing commissions as per client's accounting policies - Prepared monthly financial reports with variance analysis for property managers and clients - Prepared yearly property budgets and analyzed forecast to budget - Was responsible for lease interpretation and lease type reviews for year-end billings and newly-acquired properties

- Successfully completed the Strategic Leadership Program (SLP), achieving grades of 83% on the Case Examination and 82% on the Board Report - Exempt from the Entrance Examination due to my graduation from a CPA-accredited Honours BBA program

- Enrolled in the CPA-accredited BBA program, one of the few universities recognized by the body, enabling me to fast track in the CPA designation process
