* Responsible for daily payments processing, monitoring and accounting of payments and handling internal and external payments related enquiries * Ensuring collection, distribution and archiving of all outstanding daily bank statements * Processing merchants’ withdrawals and deposit on a daily basis * Upload/create statements with bank transfer payments in the company’s back-office system * Implementing and serving card issuing programs and payments related to them * Providing internal support to reconciliation and banking teams in Sofia and Calgary * Assisting in identifying areas of development of the provided service

* Organize and participate in QA processes in order to ensure compliance, facilitate training sessions * Provide and perform Feedback & Monitoring * Conduct 1:1 coaching sessions with employees and team leaders * Supply reports based on statistics, set goals and track progress * Responsible for identifying & assigning monthly QA quotas using defined risk-based methodology, escalate gaps/issues where identified, including recording any approved exceptions or identified breaches * Provide audit information as requested by internal and external audit parties * Create presentations and ad hock reports

* Assisted in migration of processes regarding to account payables from the related UK team to the shared service center in Sofia. Facilitated training sessions for the local team * Review and control invoices for appropriate documentation and approval prior to payment * Validation and settlement of expense/indemnity payments * Data analysis * Registration of First Notification of Loss * Assist Team Leader with production of management information / reporting where required
