Part time role. Trained juniors and adults in tennis. Organized new programs and lead them, such as cardio tennis. Coached group and individual lessons to all levels of tennis proficiency.

This position required me to help run day-to-day management duties at Sea Colony Resorts. My primary duties were to run and manage the Sea Colony USTA camps. I managed all aspects of the tennis resort experience, from checking in all the players, making sure gift bags were ready, creating five-day programs, and following up with parents on their child's progress. This position also taught me to think outside the box. It was my job to develop new revenue-generating ideas, which I could effectively study budgets and learn more about revenue and expenses.

Coached the highest level of children and youth in the country. I had to have excellent leadership, both individually and as a team. I developed highly effective communication skills as not only did my fellow colleagues push me but the players did as well. This job was tough; you had to be resilient when players and parents questioned your coaching, and I developed level headed and patient approach even when faced with challenges of high level athletic performace. I gained extremely valuable experience in this position.

Studied business while excelling on the Men's Varsity Tennis team. Voted Rookie of the Year in the Captial Atlantic Conference. Maintained hard work ethic in study fields while traveling around the region and playing competitive tennis. Learned strong group and leadership skills.
