Stathi Theocharous

I’ve always been drawn to the challenge of solving complex problems where numbers meet strategy. What began as an academic interest in Finance & Economics has evolved into a focused pursuit of corporate finance and investment banking, where rigorous analysis, sharp judgement, and clear communication make a tangible impact. Along the way, I’ve built hands-on experience across private equity sourcing, corporate finance analytics, and capital markets advisory, learning how to translate valuation, modelling, and data into insights that drive decisions. Just as important, I’ve developed the resilience and adaptability that come from working in lean teams where responsibility arrives early and execution matters. Now, as an MSc Finance & Accounting candidate at Imperial Business School, I’m refining the technical toolkit - M&A, financial modelling, and deal analysis - to match the commercial curiosity and drive that have defined my journey so far. I’m motivated by opportunities that demand both intellectual rigour and entrepreneurial spirit, particularly in investment banking, equity research, and principal investing, where I can help turn complexity into clarity, and capital into results.
