Supply Chain Consultant within large-scale agricultural and industrial supply chains. I took a leading and coaching role for planners and guided the adoption of automated planning solutions, including the design and implementation of bothh an MPS and a Python-based scheduling solution integrated with SAP. With a strong focus on change management, the engagement ensured sustainable adoption of new planning processes and ways of working.

Designed and implemented an end-to-end promotional data flow using Google Cloud (BigQuery, Cloud Storage, Cloud Run, Cloud SQL), SQL, Python. With reporting and insights delivered via Power BI. Promotion data was centralized and enriched to ensure consistent use across systems for forecasting and planning. Through close cross-team collaboration and a “no-touch planning” approach, forecasting accuracy improved and both Supply Chain and commercial decision-making were strengthened.
