The greatest kindness one can render to any man consists in leading him from error to truth - St. Thomas Aquinas Since I was young, I've had a deep interest in the humanities, which has now narrowed to philosophy, politics, economics, history, and theology. Although my knowledge is nowhere near expert level, and I've sometimes embarrassed myself in conversations about those topics, I am always keen to move beyond the foundational knowledge I have and dive into the complexities of their interdisciplinary nature. From this interest, I wish to turn this knowledge into tangible, real-life ideas and contributions. This interest and critical thinking has brought me to participating and winning the John Locke Essay competition multiple times, an achievement I hold dear to my heart. At the same time, this has brought me to studying Political Science in SMU which is where I am at as of now, contributing my best to the community while growing in my academics. I look forward in contributing further and having a career in the areas of academic research, policy analysis and research, public affairs, and many more. Whether it be with NGO, research and academic institutions, or companies.
