Managing regional business application portfolio, and responsible for key projects delivery

To fully service, govern and deliver the applications and information portfolio related to client/external facing IT systems and solutions, by leading and developing the Client Facing IT Systems (CFIT) delivery organization in ASIA. The CFIT workstream provides consistency and standardised technology solution which aim to help the business in win bid, increase profitable margin and ultimately generate revenue. ASIA stands for a combination of the major offices: Mainland China, Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia etc. in ARCADIS. Following accountabilities: • Introduces and develops key governance principles, risk management, life cycle management, pricing structures, software architecture strategies, software change and development practices, deployment methodologies, service level agreement and vendor relationships • Develops, utilizes and optimizes the CFIT application portfolio to bring the highest degree of reuse and productivity gain to our clients. Collaborates with EMEUK and US counterparts in the organization to achieve this • Participates in strategic planning and manages policy development to address complex business issues, provides leadership to cross-functional teams • Provides first and second line application support to our CFIT portfolio clients, and in line with agreed SLAs • Acts as a liaison point between ARCADIS and key vendors, maintaining key relationships to the advantage of the business • Participates in application key governance discussions with senior business leaders, Global IT management and vendors • Ensures the provision of sufficient capacity for CFIT change management and development demand, as requested by the business stakeholders • Provides subject matter expertise regarding current systems and emerging technology

Responsible for managing Maximo and its Mobility Solution to revolutionise the way how works are managed – made huge saving on resources and contributed positively on environmental front

Develop and support management information provision and contribute to the work of the development team in delivering solutions to the Group’s IS requirements. Undertook application system analysis and design, programming, testing, implementation, training, documentation, maintenance and quality assurance activities of SDLC for in-house development.
