·     Collaborate with various stakeholders including direct organization personnel and customers on a regular basis ·      Analyze and develop reports on key metrics and data to site and senior management. ·      Conduct audits and Gemba walks with site supervisors and management. ·      Complete corporate, federal, and state regulatory reports including Tier II, Wastewater, Air Permitting, OSHA 300, and Hazardous Waste. ·      Participate in internal/external audits, develop corrective action plans, and ensure closure of actions as agreed upon ·      Review and update EHS programs and procedures. ·      Hire, train and coach new EHS personnel, including those within the internship program. ·      Forecast and manage EHS budget including PPE, training, medical surveillance, equipment, and other items as required. ·      Participate in new equipment/machine installations per change management processes, complete risk assessments, and communicate any critical gaps before implementation. ·      Develop and implement EHS trainings including new hire orientation, LOTO, machinery safety, and etc. ° Develop and manage site sustainablility program with regards to energy, waste reduction, and waste to energy

• Assist in recruiting and development of site EHS personnel. • Coach and mentor staff to deliver on time excellence to customers and stakeholders. • Monitor and analyze EHS key performance indicators for trends. • Measure and report EHS initiatives and activities. • Implement global EHS programs, policies, and procedures. • Support sites by performing EHS audits, mentor sites in mitigation and compliance gaps. • Utilize tools to track changes and identify cost impact and cost avoidance. • Represent global EHS at assigned facilities and drive integration and accountability. • Operate across organizational boundaries driving companies EHS policies, strategy, and goal implementation with limited direct authority over business leaders. • Lead the US Health and Wellbeing program including program development, implementation, and training.

• Hire, train, and manage EHS and facilities staffing at the site. °Manage facility projects such as electrical infrastructure, HVAC, security, and contractors. ° Plan and coordinate environmental and sustainablility initiatives such as waste and energy reduction. • Ensure corporate initiatives and goals are communicated to the site and develop KPI’s to help meet those goals. • Conduct new EHS trainings and other related trainings related to employee position. • Perform Risk Assessments, along with monitor safety observation and incident reporting • Perform audits of EHS vendors and suppliers to ensure compliance to corporate requirements. • Complete corporate, federal, and state regulatory reports including Tier II, Wastewater, Air Permitting, OSHA 300, and Hazardous Waste, • Ensure compliance with all corporate, site, federal, and state regulatory policies and procedures including maintaining all records as required. • Monitor and manage forecasting and budget to ensure sufficient resources are available while also maintaining cost effectiveness. • Participate in internal and external audits and inspections and ensure closure of observations.

- Conduct new employee training and administer other trainings related to employee position. - Perform Safety and Quality Risk Assessments, along with monitor safety observation and incident reporting - Develop and create corrective action plans for quality and safety issues - Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and clients on quality and safety systems - Participate in internal and external safety and quality audits and inspections, and ensure closure of observations - Develop and implement departmental KPI's - Complete federal and state regulatory reports including Tier II, Waste Water, Air Permitting, and Hazardous Waste, and others. - Ensure compliance with all corporate, site, federal, and state regulatory policies and procedures related to quality and safety - Monitor and manage department budget including PPE, training, medical surveillance, equipment, and other items as required.

- Create and prepare reports of incident trends and present to facility personnel - Train personnel in general awareness, lockout tagout, safety hazard identification, incident investigations, first aid/CPR, and any additional trainings as required. - Identify safety issues, determine proper countermeasure plan, and follow through to full implementation. - Ensure environmental identification and reporting are completed - Conduct health and safety audits monthly including internal auditing for ISO 14001/OSHAS 18001 - Implement and maintain appropriate 5S guidelines per facility requirements - Review and update EHS policies and procedures as necessary

- Conduct physical demand and ergonomic risk analyses on single jobs, production lines, or entire plants - Perform risk assessments using standard analysis tools and/or using Digital Human Modeling software and complete detailed technical reports - Provide assembly plant ergonomic and safety support to identify and prioritize ergonomic risks, conduct ergonomic risk assessments and provide recommendations on elimination of risk. - Perform virtual assessment of safety and ergonomic risk utilizing such software systems as Teamcenter, Process Simulation, and provide recommendations for improvements - Develop ergonomic specifications and standards through literature review, research, and ergonomic analysis

- Manage direct reports on assignments, projects and other tasks/duties. - Conduct internal reviews of direct reports and set up goals to improve skills and expertise - Recommend measures to help protect workers from potentially hazardous work methods, processes, or materials. - Investigate hazards and accidents to identify causes and to determine how such accidents might be prevented in the future. - Conduct safety training and education programs, and demonstrate the use of safety equipment. - Offer specific training programs to help workers maintain or improve job skills. - Organize and develop, or obtain, training procedure manuals and guides and course materials such as handouts and visual materials. - Design, plan, organize and direct orientation and training for employees or customers of industrial or commercial establishment.

- Monitor facility and interact with participants and team member to ensure safety.   - Conduct Functional Movement testing and assessments and advise participants of results - Designs individualized programs to meet team member’s physical job demands. - Collaborate on a daily and weekly basis with athletic trainings, nurses, physicians, client liaisons, and team members regarding safety issues. - Assist with the development and/or delivery of a variety of program-specific health and safety improvement programs - Promotes program offerings and conducts outreach activities to increase participation and engage team members. - Develop KPI’s on programs and activities and report to stakeholders -Create and implement programs and activities with reference to injury prevention, safety, and ergonomics.

-Manage the daily operations of recreational facilities. -Enforce rules and regulations of recreational facilities to maintain discipline and ensure safety. -Organize, lead, and promote interest in recreational activities such as arts, crafts, sports, games, camping, and hobbies. -Supervise and coordinate the work activities of personnel, such as training staff members and assigning work duties. -Ascertain and interpret group interests, evaluate equipment and facilities, and adapt activities to meet participant needs. -Meet with staff to discuss rules, regulations, and work-related problems. -Evaluate staff performance, recording evaluations on appropriate forms. -Meet and collaborate with agency personnel, community organizations, and other professional personnel to plan balanced recreational programs for participants.
