Responsible for evaluation, developing plans of care and treatment of students with special needs in order to achieve their academic goals.

Oversaw the daily operations of the rehab department, which included PTs, PTAs, OTs, COTAs and SLPs. Developed RUG levels with the input of treating therapists. Responsible for all financial reports, daily and monthly. Reviewed daily and weekly notes for correct billing codes and reimbursement issues. Attended facility meetings with department heads and weekly family care plans on the progress of their family members. Assisted in developing discharge planning for the best interest of each patients/consumers of the facility. Created schedules to cover the needs of all patients/consumers while keeping in mind the needs of the therapy staff to provide the best care possible. Reviewed outcome data for patients who could benefit from therapy and who was ready for discharged from therapy. Audited every patient/consumer in the facility for declines and improvements to maintain the best quality of patient care. Provided direct treat to patients on my caseload.

Complete school evaluations for ages 3-23 years. Supervise COTAs. Work closely with parent, teachers, students and other professionals to meet a child's IEP goals.
