I supported the Integrate study, a real-world implementation of one-health and big data concepts which focused on innovative, rapid gastroenteritis surveillance based on UK primary care data. I also assisted with the Models of Child Health Appraised (MOCHA) Study, identifying candidate data sources in participating MOCHA countries that could provide data suitable for studies in child primary health care using the MOCHA International Research Opportunity Instrument (MIROI) data survey. I worked closely with the Royal College of General Practitioners (RCGP) Research and Surveillance Center (RSC) primary care dataset.

Research assistant in animal movement investigation specializing in visualisation and analysis of bird GPS tracks and environmental data collected with the University of Amsterdam Bird Tracking System (UvA- BiTS). I supported education and research activities at the GIS Studio, a facility created to instruct students and researchers in the use of GIS software (ArcGIS), remote sensing software (ERDAS) and spatial data. I acted as operations manager and content administrator for a university Geoportal webpage (UvA Geoportal) providing spatial data to students and scientists using ESRI’s Geoportal Server.

As a project manager and field team leader in the consulting field, I applied my expertise to site assessment and characterization, storm water management and regulatory compliance. I acquired extensive experience in data collection, management, and analysis using GIS and environmental databases to characterize remedial activities at CERCLA/Superfund-regulated sites.
