 Essential administrative and labor management duties in order to ensure efficient day-to-day store operations. Administrative duties a manager performs include filing paper work, budgeting payroll, ordering products and store supplies, and analyzing sales numbers. Ensure employees follow all safety and loss prevention guidelines as outlined by the corporate offices

 Provided individuals, families, and groups with the psychosocial support needed to cope with chronic, acute, or terminal illnesses. Services include advising family care givers, providing patient education and counseling, and making referrals for other services.

 Assess consumers in Nursing Homes, Personal Care Homes, and in the community to determine level of care according to state and federal regulations Work with consumers to identify, coordinate, and access all necessary services. This is done through evaluation, service plan development, referrals, monitoring and problem solving.  Working with other agencies to ensure that the consumer has the proper care to remain in Home and Community-Based Service program.

 Provides one- on-one interventions to children of all ages in their home, school, or community setting. Works on specific goals outlined within his or her treatment plan with the child and also with the participation of the family. Assist the family with skills and provide materials for the family to be able to support the interventions independently without the need of a TSS.
