* Manage the demand for the IT BSA. * Monitor impact assessments owned by the area to make sure they are completed on a timely basis. * Monitor impact assessments that are requested from outside areas for IT BSA owned projects to ensure estimates are completed on a timely basis. * Run IT BSA demand reports weekly for various purposes, to give an accurate view of demand in our active portfolio and in our pipeline. * Create work requests for the IT BSA and issue out impact assessments for areas that are impacted. * Create sub projects and projects. * Monitor the Service Center queue and convert requests to Clarity Work Requests. * Attend and Coordinate Request for Estimate (RFE) meetings to understand the impact on the IT BSA applications and outside areas. * Assist with the Gartner Benchmark Metrics updates.
