I served as the Business Analyst for the DPHHS, Technology Services Division’s (TSD), Project Management Bureau (PMB) MACWIS and the Project Manager/Business Analyst for the Big Sky Rx system. I reviewed project documents and assessed their strengths and weaknesses and developed project documentation (i.e., Communication Plan, Configuration Management Plan, Quality Assurance Plan, and User Acceptance Test Plan). As the Business Analyst for the MACWIS project, I reviewed and revised the APDs, the high-level schedule, and draft RFP for planning consultant services. In addition, I designed and built the Bureau’s Share Point site and policies and procedures, developed the training material for the site and the Bureau’s policies and procedures, and trained staff on their use.
