Responsible for the strategic oversight and execution of low-rise residential land lease projects across Canada. Accountable for delivering high-quality communities from development through design, construction, sales and turnover to Property Operations, ensuring alignment with corporate growth objectives and operational excellence. Key responsibilities include: • Leading the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple low-rise residential projects, ensuring adherence to budget, schedule, and quality standards, • Managing internal project teams and external partners including consultants, contractors, and trades, • Overseeing site operations, construction logistics, and project phasing to support efficient build-out and community readiness, • Collaborating with Development, Sales, and Operations teams to ensure seamless project integration and turnover, • Driving continuous improvement in project management framework, design and construction processes, safety standards, and cost control measures, including the creation of a new residential design catalogue to support manufactured construction and attainable housing in Canada • Ensuring compliance with municipal regulations, permitting requirements, and environmental standards Supporting strategic planning to scale construction volume in alignment with long-term business goals.

Responsible for the oversight and execution of multiple national land lease residential projects from development to turnover to Operations in support of the corporate strategic plan to increase construction and sales volumes by 100% over 5 years. Performing at both strategic and tactical levels and working closely with internal and external stakeholders, providing project monitoring and reporting as well as thoughtful process improvement plans. Accountable for direct oversight of third-party contracts including the work of Consultants, Contractors and Trades in addition to leading, developing and overseeing an internal team of project professionals including Project Managers and Coordinators, as well as construction site staff.

An integral part of the construction Project Management Office (PMO), responsible for building and maintaining strong collaborative relationships of multiple stakeholders by supporting the development and delivery of the 5 year, $2.6B capital program. Able to provide useful advice as to what capital investments would best serve the organizations needs by understanding business operations, mission, role and goals while providing regular guidance and support to the project delivery group to ensure all efforts consistently support operational performance. Facilitation of the development of project requests from initiation through concept development to funding approval as well as management of the formal amendment process of existing ongoing projects. Directly accountable for a team of professionals including Project Development Manager and Coordinator roles.

Responsible for the daily management of space encompassing over 70 leased, owned and affiliated facilities. Accountable for the review and sign-off of internally managed leases within regional assets including physician and non-employee contracts. Lead of the master space planning work throughout the region and responsible for the capital planning and project intake of renovation and tenant improvement construction projects. Responsible to ensure that all projects fit within the corporate strategic priorities and align with the organizational direction as well as ensuring their delivery in accordance with project standards and governance. Directly accountable for 16 professional staff members including project and construction managers, coordinators and tradespeople. Notable Accomplishments: ~ Successfully developed and implemented a project request process and prioritization tool used throughout the region’s 70 facilities and by its 13,000 employees ~ Redefined the organizational space, furnishings and interior finishes standards to ensure alignment with organizational challenges and vision ~ Owned the Master Space Plan and facilitated senior leadership in the creation and maintenance of the plan and projects directly impacting the overall strategy ~ Implemented a Capital Planning report and was responsible to present monthly to the Capital Governance Committee ~ Certificate completion after being nominated to participate in intensive Provincial Leadership Program including Coaching Skills, Change Leadership and Interest-Based Problem Solving

Responsible for the successful delivery of capital projects on time, within the approved scope and within the specified budget. Accountable for all stages of the project cycle, assignment of priorities, mitigation of risks and detailed creation and review of written documents. Required to hire, schedule and manage consultants, contractors and stakeholders. Notable Accomplishments: ~ Recognized for efficient delivery $42M green-field Health Complex successfully combining Hospital, Community Clinic and Lab spaces into one cohesive building including the operational readiness plan, construction execution and move planning ~ Vast experience in delivery of multiple projects ranging from $50K-$42M and including lab and pharmacy spaces, offices and corporate renovations to complete health centres ~Completion of LEAN SIX SIGMA Continuous Improvement Training and Yellow Belt designation

Responsible for the leadership, improvement, administration and execution of objectives related to building and renovation projects. Specific duties included project, information and cost management, product research, specification and purchasing, maintenance of capital and renovation budgets and plans as well as the preparation and review of architectural and installation drawings. Involved in the creation, tendering and dispensation of various imperative contracts. Actively engaged in project coordination involving relocations and related logistical requirements.
