Looking for a new challenge! Just completed a consultancy at The Very Group. Commissioned by the CMO to work with the Creative Department to improve the aesthetics of the fashion product imagery. Key achievements include: Produced the Very x Topshop campaign; Introduced a new "end to end" process enabling stronger e-com shoots supporting product segmentation and multi-brand creative values simultaneously improving speed to market by 1 day; Cast and Art Directed e-com shoots for 2 fast fashion brands new to the Very brand portfolio (Missguided and In The Style; Held several model castings in London to find new models for the website; Developed a process for individual models sales feedback to enable strategic casting. Just finished a 6 month consultancy at The Very Group. Initially came to Missguided as a Fashion and E Commerce Consultant and was offered the newly created position as Acting Production Director. Achievements at Missguided include: Introducing a new team structure that enabled the team to perform more efficiently, develop talent and set the department up for future growth. Introduced new processes that delivered KPI's and agreed SLA's. Refreshed the creative look and feel for all the product pages assets using my experience gained at asos to produce a greater customer experience to maximize sales e.g. introducing video on all product categories including shoes. Developed a new department strategy that was aligned with the business growth and direction. Developed a model strategy based on model data to maximize sales. Currently working on a new (Premium High Street) brand called Mennace: Art Directing the Creative Campaign for the brand launch in September - commissioning the creative team / developing the concept, casting. Commissioning and all creative content for the new Mennace website as well as Art Directing the e com imagery.
