Managed operations of the administration department including a team of staff which serviced approximately 2,000 client policies processed an average of $750,000 in client investment contributions per day. Performed financial management functions as the Financial and Operations Principal for the broked-dealer.

Expedite the startup of newly franchised AFC Urgent Care Centers. AFC has over 100 centers in 28states. Responsible for assisting franchisees in their efforts to situate, build out, market and manage urgent care centers in the Northeast Region, and to ensure that both AFC and the franchisees are performing their obligations as contracted.
