In my four months in this role I focused on strengthening the operational foundation of this community healthcare start-up to position the company for high quality launches of new service hubs.

This was my third role with the company, and I was given oversight of the national business and clinical care strategy used by 110+ clinics and 370+ providers. One of my first priorities was to create a new standard clinical care framework for all locations that improved safety, quality, efficiency, and consistency. Another area where I advanced care operations was by serving as the chair of the Quality Assurance Committee and as the Clinical Director of the Occupational Health and Safety division. One of our most noteworthy achievements was to create the first urgent care telemedicine pilot in the nation leveraging advanced practice providers.

My mandate in this was role to direct operations across 54 clinics and 80 medical providers. I mentored 10 Regional Medical Directors guiding them in best practices to improve efficiency, quality, and safety. Additionally, I focused on improving EMR configuration and regulatory compliance.

In this role I led operations across 10 urgent care clinics and 24 advanced practice providers. A major achievement was attaining one of the lowest medical malpractice rates in regional history.

This was a leadership role in four states where I boosted the regional Net Promoter Score from 50% to 74% within one year

I was a key partner of the C-suite and department directors helping improve emergency services operational strategies. Through a positive leadership style, I was able to guide our team to increase emergency department capacity in alignment with ACEP standards which resulted in the construction of a new emergency department. Prior to this position I was an assistant medical director for emergency services at a regional hospital and EMS director from 2003 to 2008.
