Being the director of operations is everything you think it is. I’m the colleague at work that everyone wants to know but no one wants to be. If something needs doing, I’m the person they call upon. Basically, everyone’s go-to. One of my strengths is organisation and this is absolute key within my role, not only organising myself, but everyone else too. There aren’t many things that can grow a company the way trust and dependability can… I have a lot of dependants. For me creating an internal company ethos that is inclusive not exclusive is paramount to a strong committed work force. You know how it goes “you’re only as successful as your team” Regardless of our employees role, they all contribute significantly to the smooth and successful running of DrainForce Solutions. My role is limitless and I am the foundation that connects everyone… Directors, employees, customers, contractors, authorities and many more. I’m passionate about helping people, driving a team of diverse perspectives, making people feel valued and setting an example of how communication can collaborate all divisions to become one.
