-Develop ATE test program for Advantest V93K, Teradyne J750 -Worked with test vectors translation for ATE -Design and manage ATE test hardware (probe card, loadboard, test socket, changekit) -Debug test program, hardware issues -Debug low yield issues for prototype and production testing. -Worked on yield improvement and test time reduction -Worked with design, DFT team on new product characterization on ATE across PVT (process, voltage, temperature) -Interace with overseas OSATS / test sites (US, Korea, Taiwan) to resolve test, production issues. -Supervise junior engineer

-Develop and validate ATE test program, test patterns for various microprocess design for Advantest T2000 -Define and develop the device pin definition both for test hardware (test interface board) and test software development (test program, test pattern)
