• Oversees the processing and completion of periodic financial reports; ensures that the reported results comply with generally accepted accounting principles and/or financial reporting standards. • Ensures the timely and accurate availability of financial plans and reports, within corporate guidelines, in order to give management adequate insight into the financial situation • Participate in budget and forecast process, supporting budget control • Develop and control accounting policies and procedures to comply with business policies to ensure adequate financial and business controls in the organization. • Liaise with intercompany and group finance teams as well as internal and/or external auditors. • Perform other ad-hoc duties and projects as assigned.

- Monthly accounting closing and preparing the report to submit CFO-APAC for Malaysia branch - Managing day-to-day transactions, such as matching of invoices with service receipt and costing module for Malaysia branch. - Make the payment to supplier and recheck for the document all the transactions AP; making list for payment documents and sent to the director for approval to be via the bank website for Malaysia branch. - Submit Malaysia government for fund related with salary (SSO, EIS, EPF, HRDF) - Perform general accounting transactions i.e., prepayments, accrual bookings, reclassifications, fixed assets management, cost allocations and confirmation of intercompany balances. - Managing and creating vendor master data procedures /customer master data into system. - Preparing and managing intercompany cross charge invoices (incl. follow-up with intercompany counter parties) - Perform other ad-hoc duties and projects as assigned. - Accounting Records; accounts payable/account receivable, adjustment of accounts at the end of the period by using accounting software the DAX program and managing the closing input vat report etc. - Manage and re-check tax submissions, such as P.N.D.3, 53,54,50,51 and P.P. 30,36,90, and PND.91 for Thailand branch. - Support with intercompany and group finance teams as well as internal auditor and / or external auditors. - Preparing the payroll monthly file, and payroll slip and updating the legal law to all staff such as the social security fund, the revenue department, department of labor for Thailand branch and Malaysia branch. - Preparing the employee leave to report to the executive every month for Thailand branch. - Keep petty cash in hand for plan and manage to pay for small expenses in the office with not more than 10, 000 baht under the contract entered with the company for Thailand branch. - Coordination with the internal and external company. - CPD accounting license
