❖ Within the international branches of the company (USA, Israel, Germany, Switzerland, Serbia, Turkey, UAE, Italy, Czech Republic, Netherlands), I established a network of internet and office equipment suppliers, engaged contractors for the creation of souvenir and print materials, managed cleaning, catering, and logistics services, and collaborated with companies providing comprehensive legal support, encompassing work visas, employee insurance and taxation, to facilitate the seamless relocation of employees. ❖ Effectively achieved cost savings of up to 15% compared to planned budget expenditures. ❖ Led the data migration process into new systems from the procurement perspective during the company's transformation into two distinct and independent entities.

❖ Created and managed the procurement department. In my department I had 8 specialists responsible for purchases all over Russia. ❖ Developed and implemented the Purchasing Department Standard for Ergo, with a yearly purchasing budget of over 945 million rubles. ❖ Oversaw tender procedures. ❖ Increased the number of potential suppliers by establishing transparent purchasing procedures and use of tender public internet platforms. ❖ Organized and personally managed purchasing operations which led to a 20% decrease in purchasing costs when compared to previously established budget estimates.

❖ Managed the “Centralization” project - transfer of internal company functions from regional offices to the head office, which allowed to decrease costs of staffing by 20% and renting costs by 30%. ❖ Acted as a finance controller, to ensure a strong control environment exists as it relates to all businesses, products and operational areas that impact the Legal Entity financials and regulatory reporting of the firm. Drafting the company's budget for upcoming periods and overseeing all of the ongoing payments in terms of their place in the budget, their actuality and necessity. This cost cutting allowed the company to cut over 10% of all expenses. ❖ Participated in negotiations, business meetings, briefings. Recorded tasks for financial management and ensured that they would be executed on time. ❖ Coordinated accounts in 1C and workflow as a CFO.

❖ Our team of 4 people opened marketing offices in South Africa, Singapore, Hungary, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Ukraine, UK, Vietnam, Turkey, Slovakia, Brazil, UAE, Indonesia and India with a goal of promoting on foreign markets integrated project proposals for building nuclear power plants and nuclear science and technology centres. I was responsible for all of the budgeting, accounts and interaction with tax authorities and for all of the subsequent financial support.

❖ Operated international payments for the bank and its clients, including working in SWIFT format, worked with bank documents in two languages (English and Russian).
