I began my college career with no previous coding experience and was the first person in my family to go to a four year college and graduate with a B.S. in Computer Science and Information Technology. During my college years I have learned a majority of different programming languages such as C, C++, Java and C# to hone my skills as a programmer. As for software programming and design, I have worked with Unity3D, Eclipse, Android Studio and Microsoft Visual Studio. I was the co-founder, secretary and ICC representative of the club #include at California State University, Monterey Bay. It was led by female students in the computer science field. We were dedicated to teaching and hopefully inspiring young girls about the STEM field to raise awareness at a young age. To be able to contribute in a way of helping bridge the gap and creating awareness that women do indeed love to work with software would be an ultimate goal.
