Sheryl Smith Frobisher
Founder | Self Leadership & Identity Mentor
About
I am the Founder of Limitless Thinking, a transformational coaching and identity-based leadership practice, and I currently serve as a Director of People Development within a corporate environment. With 30+ years of experience across leadership development, coaching, and organizational growth, my work sits at the intersection of human potential and real-world results. Many capable professionals feel stuck not because they lack skill or ambition, but because they’re operating from unexamined beliefs, inherited standards, and unconscious choices. In my executive role, I lead enterprise-level people development strategies that strengthen leaders, elevate culture, and translate insight into measurable impact. I’m known for building trust-based environments where accountability, growth, and engagement thrive. Through Limitless Thinking, I explore how awareness creates choice — and how choice creates sustainable growth. Whether inside an organization or through my own practice, my focus is the same: this space is for people who value clarity, intentional leadership, and personal responsibility over quick fixes. If something here resonates, you’re already doing the work.

Limitless Thinking
Self-led decisions *Living from alignment, not habit * Results that reflect who you are now I lead at the intersection of self-trust, embodiment, and results. Alongside my role as a Director, I am the founder of Limitless Thinking — a mindset and embodiment practice for people who are done outsourcing their decisions and ready to lead themselves with clarity and integrity. My work is rooted in one belief: When identity shifts, behavior follows — and external results change naturally. I help high-capacity individuals break unconscious patterns, rebuild self-trust, and create success that doesn’t require self-betrayal. The outcome is grounded leadership, cleaner decisions, and lives that begin reflecting who they are now — not who they used to be. This work isn’t about motivation. It’s about embodiment, alignment, and lived results
