Title: Role of NREP (P311) in Ocular Fibrosis Work Done: Stimulation of the cell line with profibrotic factors. RNA and Protein Isolation. Analysis for changes in morphology, gene expression (qPCR) and protein expression (Western Blotting and Immunofluorescence). Interpretation of data and generation of a report.

Title: Library Preparation for Next Generation Sequencing (Illumina Miseq) to decipher the diet of ungulates Work Done: Isolation of DNA. DNA quantification using Nanodrop Spectrophotometer. Dual barcoding of samples using a two round PCR strategy. Elution of DNA, quantification of products using fluorometer and pooling for the Next generation Sequencing run.
