As a Purchasing Manager at CDW Canada, I manage the drop ship process of hardware, service, and software items for one of the leading providers of technology solutions and services in Canada. I have over 10 years of industry experience and hold a Six Sigma Yellow Belt certification, which demonstrates my proficiency in analytical skills and process improvement. My primary responsibility is to manage activities related to cost-effective procurement strategies, so that company objectives are achieved by driving costs out of the process. I also oversee the placement of high volume of daily orders and partner with Sales, Product Management, and Finance to ensure service levels are achieved. I am passionate about delivering value to our customers and stakeholders, and I strive to optimize the efficiency and quality of our operations.
