Technology complexity is a reality that modern enterprises are coming to terms with. Updates, upgrades, patches and business continuity are no longer periodic concerns—they are constant, overlapping priorities that define how large organizations operate.In banking, this complexity is amplified by regulatory expectations, legacy platforms, and the need to deliver seamless digital experiences. Over time, I have found that while transformation programs are well-funded and strategically important, the challenge often lies in executing them predictably and with quality at scale.With nearly 3 decades of experience across BFSI and IT/ITES, my work has largely been at this intersection of business change and technology execution.Since 2013, I have been involved in building and scaling two organizations—Yethi Consulting Services and Tenjin Technologies Inc.—with a focus on independent testing and test tooling for banks and financial institutions.During this time, we have:* Worked with over 150 institutions across geographies* Supported large-scale transformation and testing programs for banks such as across India, Middle East, Africa and LATAM. * Delivered sustained engagements typically ranging between $250K and $1.5M annuallyA consistent theme across these engagements has been the importance of deep banking context. We see our role as that of a specialist partner—working alongside larger system integrators, bringing an independent perspective, and helping improve clarity, coverage, and confidence in delivery.
