• Major responsibility is to place the bench consultants. • Have excellent knowledge understanding on complete life cycle of the Bench Sales / Bench Marketing. • Capable to train the team / resources to effectively market the Bench Consultants get the placements in shortest time possible. • Coordinating with them on daily basis to achieve the goals. • Conduct preliminary analysis of the consultant to understand communication skills, location preferences, salary expectations, etc. • Identify suitable technical openings utilizing various sources vendor Database, employment web sites, referrals, own network, other recruiters, contractors, etc. • Updating the Resume according to the Vendor/Client requirement. • Experience using portals like Techfetch, Dice, Prohires, Monster, indeed, Social Networking such as Google Groups, LinkedIn, etc. • Maintaining Huge Database working closely with the tier one vendors. • Taking the feedback of the submission from the Vendors and informing the same to the Consultant. • Establishing the contact by Database and using job portals like Dice and Monster. • Co-ordinate with consultants from start to end of closing a placement. • Extensively Marketed OPT, H1-B, H1B Transfers, H4 EAD’s, GC’S, Citizens who are on bench through personal network and by using job boards, etc. • Sourcing the jobs through different portals and having excellent knowledge of Internet based recruiting tools (i.e. Dice, Monster, Career Builder, and LinkedIn). • Knowledge of the US job market, W2, 1099, Corp-to-Corp, hourly, Full-time, H-1B, salaried, US based Calling on candidates and vendors, presenting consultants, negotiating & finalizing contracts Onsite Consultant etc. • Responsible for Full Life Cycle Recruiting process-recruiting and sourcing for IT technology professionals by way of internet, cold calling, networking events. • Searching for requirements through Google groups, Dice, Corp to Corp, monster, Carrier Builder, Bench Folks, Hot Jobs etc.
