• Coordinate the hiring and onboarding processes ensuring swift recruitment with the right skillsets and adherence to budget constraints. • Facilitate expeditious onboarding for associates, including onboarding sessions, device allocation, and access setup. • Plan and track training programs for all employees, covering technical, process, and leadership development. • Lead compensation and benefits discussions with Operations, HR and Management, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. • Drive timely objective setting and performance appraisals for the CoE, fostering a performance-driven culture. • Conduct annual market research on skills and salary trends, submitting detailed analyses and recommendations to HR, management, and CoE Leadership. • Organize and manage associate wellbeing events, surveys, and action plans to enhance overall employee satisfaction and engagement. • Ensure accuracy in monthly invoices sent by Finance, verifying that resourcing details are accurate.
