Working as the deputy manager in the Vehicle Integration team that is responsible for the cumulative vehicle progress, a role culminating both managerial and technical expertise.

READY Enterpreneur

As part of the READY program under IHFC IIT Delhi, in collaboration with RIKA India and Keio University, I designed and developed a specialized search robot, dubbed "Rattle Snake", for earthquake rescue operations. Focused on optimizing disaster response, I engaged with on-field rescue teams like NDRF-India and AFAD-Turkey to understand their challenges, shaping the robot's design criteria. The resulting hyper-redundant robot integrates cutting-edge features for enhanced mobility, sensing, and communication, showcasing its proficiency in executing complex motions and providing comprehensive situational awareness during testing. With its agility, Rattle Snake performs intricate maneuvers and provides situational analysis with its precise 3-axis camera movements, enhancing disaster search and rescue operations, and representing a significant contribution to disaster response robotics.

Virtual Internship
I have successfully finished the virtual internship provided by Altair, and during my internship I have learnt about the fundamentals of topology optimisation and have acquired a certificate of achievement in "OptiStruct for Topology Optimization Fundamental Examination".

MBaja Team Captian

Lead the team "REBEL RACERS" comprising of of 30 students to MBaja 2023 representing our college. The goal in Baja SAE is to design, build and race off-road vehicles that can withstand the harshest elements of rough terrain. The vehicles used in Baja SAE racing are often similar in appearance to dune buggies. Handled a budget of 10 lakhs for the entire event. Participated in M Baja’23 and secured under 30 AIR ranks in multiple events in round 2. Designed, simulated and developed a 4WD ATV from scratch. Crossed many obstacles and issues faced with logistics. Team motivation, resource planning, and time management along with team training and bonding were some of my daily tasks. Used concepts of DFMEA and DVP to correct the previous mistakes and team division and work allocation to maximize the efficiency of the team’s work. Secured AIR 12 in 4WD category, AIR 11 in Go Green(sustainability), AIR 38 design, and AIR 35 sales.

Steering Head

Lead the Steering system in the Team Infinite Challengers, the M-Baja team of SAE Colligate Club of IIITDM Kancheepuram. As a team we have designed, analysed and manufactured different components of a rack and pinion steering system with Ackerman geometry. Also played a very crucial role during manufacturing of the vehicle roll cage, suspension system and integration of the vehicle.

Project Intern
Bangalore Urban, Karnataka, India
Developed a fully autonomous hybrid vehicle - "Garudakshi", which has the capability to move on land and air, avoid obstacles along with autonomous moving capability. This vehicle was designed to move in agricultural fields and can detect weed plats using image processing both in conventional and vertical farming with the help of few existing data-sets. Vehicle was equipped with multiple replaceable tools like pesticide sprayer, robotic arm with a cutting mechanism, plucking mechanism and a pesticide spraying mechanism to remove and eradicate the detected weeds. Weight and size optimization of parts was done by using concepts of Topology optimizations and generative designs. Using the UART communication protocol multiple on board components were controlled by a single master jetson. Published a conference paper in IEEE's AGRETA 2023 held in Malaysia.

Design Intern
I was assigned to a project titled ''DESIGN OPTIMIZATION OF MULTI-PLUNGER POSITIVE-DISPLACEMENT PUMPS''. As part of this project, I supported as an Intern in the Design and Development Team. I have worked in 3d Modelling, 2D Drafting(with Fits, GD&T and other Drafting standards) and also helped the team to complete design calculations according to various flow and pressure.
