Designing and Fabrication of product in Shimano Components Sdn Bhd for the Japanese gear powerhouse to sustain a fishing tackle that is widely used in the United States. -Planning, market study and spec analysis for mechanical data preparation. -Perform DFM, mechanical simulation and stack up/tolerance analysis, cost estimation based on process and material usage. -Generate detail-oriented 2D drawings with all the fabrication process, material and finishing standards with detailed GD&T techniques. -Wide range of process knowledge: Cold forging, machining, extrusion, injection molding, stamping, piercing, forming, etc...
