Electric Vehicle design and development ➢ A self-driven & versatile engineer with 8+ years of experience in Electric Vehicle design & development with OEMs and went to Germany for 6 months onsite support during P0P4 HEV development. ➢ Solid experience in complete electric vehicle design and development (completed 7 concept electric vehicles development till certification and two vehicles are in production). ➢ Solid experience in following EV/HEV powertrain component software design, development, and testing (Vehicle Control Unit (VCU), Motor Control Unit (Inverter), TEM, BMS, Fast Charging(GBT and CCS) and DC-DC converter). ➢ Good experience in SW development tools like MATLAB, ASCET,DOORS,ECU WorkX, AEEE Pro,RQ1, INCA, TPT, and AIT. ➢ Got appreciation from Mr. Ratan Tata and Mr Guenter Butschek for the best performance in Tata Tigor EV development at Sanand. ➢ Experience Conversion of conventional vehicle into Electric vehicle (2W,3W and Car) ➢ Experience in Development of LV,MV and HV and CAN architecture. ➢ Experience in Integration of vehicle ECUs and EV powertrain ECUs through hardwire and CAN with relevant software updates. ➢ A keen & continuous looking for opportunities in different EV/HEV/FEV domain
