As of now I am working on SIV replication, disease progression and evolution to HIV in humanized mice by using next generation sequencing studies in the department of Microbiology, Immunology and Pathology at Colorado State University. I have more than 6 years of academic research experience in various branches of biology such as Biochemistry, Molecular biology and Virology which includes using techniques like live cell imaging with confocal microscopy, Illumina sequencing, Gene editing techniques, flow cytometry, molecular cloning, western blot, working with humanized mice moel, etc. In addition to academic research experience, I have 1 year of industrial experience at Zenotech Ltd, India. Currently I am seeking a position where I can utilize my skills and continue growing my abilities.
