Managed multiple teams, located in San Jose and in India, working separately on Cisco Prime management applications for Cisco Collaboration products – PCP, PCA, PCN and BEM – focused on provisioning, assurance and analytics. Lead a large team of engineers working on critical pieces of Cisco Call Manager product. Team comprised of architects in San Jose, Richardson and India with engineers working from at an offshore site. Responsible for developing features, budget, talent improvement, feature velocity, scoping and backlog grooming.

This product accounted for $800M in direct revenue. Worked with internal and externals partners to plan, commit programs and to lead the execution.

Part of leadership team recruited to drive Cisco’s penetration into the Small Business Segment. Worked with high level vision for the Small Business Market and converted that into strategy and a goal based action plan. The SBTG group grew revenue to $450M in 4 years.

Managed a team of development test and regression test engineers, based in San Jose and India, on verifying the quality of network products and features developed for the low-end, high volume router market.
