Responsible for creatively sourcing a wide range of technical talent for our clients and driving the full-cycle hiring process and mentoring a team of recruiters to ensure the best-in-class candidate experience. Sourcing and screening of potential IT candidates for contract, contract-to-hire and permanent openings with our clients. Analyze candidate information to determine matches between candidates and job openings. . Responsible in completing team-related paperwork. Strategize with team members & also assist and backup absent colleagues. Negotiated with candidates, extended offers, negotiated compensation, facilitated the placement of candidates and solicited referrals of other top talent in the area. Track job orders and initiate recruitment for new roles paying close attention to high priority situations. Handling/participated in daily white board calls with onshore team (Hiring Managers, Account Manager’s & Recruiting Director’s) for screening activities (e.g., Client Needs, Interview schedules, drug screens, reference Checks, Paper works etc..).
