Previously worked with companies like ITC Ltd, (Tobacco Division), Himatsingka Seide Ltd, Schneider Electric, Saint Gobain, Bosch Ltd., etc. I have worked in a greenfield project i.e. M/s Wienerberger which is an Austrian MNC and was responsible for setting up the plant as a Head HR. Negotiated with and signed Long Term Settlements with Senior Trade Union leaders. Certain innovative practices we could establish through these settlements.
