Currently serving as General Manager – Mining Projects, I lead operations producing tantalite and lithium DSO ore—critical EV battery minerals powering the global energy transition and electronics sector. Possessed with a Master’s in Mineral Engineering, I specialize in project execution, operational excellence, and sustainable value creation. My core strengths span project planning & management, process engineering, procurement, production optimization, O&M, business development, and continuous process improvement. Key Achievements • Led a lithium–Cesium–tantalum pegmatite project in Mozambique, unlocking high-value EV mineral supply chains. • Pioneered the first-ever industrial-scale production of tin, tantalite & wolframite concentrates in DR Congo and Rwanda. • Directed & scaled cassiterite and nickel laterite projects in Uganda. • Managed a world-class ruby, morganite & tourmaline project in Mozambique, driving gemstone exports. • Commissioned, expanded, and optimized multiple greenfield and brownfield mining projects across diverse commodities.
