Support in New Product Launch Support in conducting Various Forums Bring guest presenters if necessary Develop individualized and group training programs that address specific business needs. Implement training KPIs. Effectively manage the training budget. Create a curriculum to facilitate strategic training based on the organizations goals. Training Need Identification for Distributors to provide necessary Training Intervention. Communicate all the training programs on a timely basis.

Train the Man power on Products, Business skills, soft skills to effectively promote the products and sell it to customers. Planning and executing Forums. Analysing Training needs for the Business owners from the assigned territory and plan interventions based on the business needs. Managing assigned Training budgets effectively. Support in conducting various forums in the state.

Facilitate knowledge on Business and products in the Distributors. Train them on skill set required for better business output.
