I practiced in corporate, tax and commercial litigation, drafting suits, pleadings, and applications. I regularly appeared before the High Court of Telangana, the NCLT, and local courts, preparing case notes, listing submissions, and supporting documents to facilitate effective hearings. I also conducted independent statutory research and case law extraction to strengthen litigation strategies.

I managed private placement and cross‑border transactions in line with the Companies Act, SEBI guidelines, and RBI regulations. My role involved drafting contracts, MoUs, and shareholder agreements, as well as filing ODI forms. I convened Board and General Meetings, prepared agendas, minutes, statutory filings, and Annual Reports. I also led compliance for Skyline Ventures India Limited, a BSE‑listed company, overseeing due diligence for a proposed amalgamation and ensuring timely MCA filings and SEBI (LODR) disclosures.

I ensured compliance with SEBI (LODR) Regulations and Companies Act filings, managed ESOP allotments, and coordinated AGMs and Board Meetings. I also handled documentation for change of registered office and filed the Annual Performance Report for the company’s foreign subsidiary.

I drafted legal notices, option agreements, and adaptation agreements, while conducting research and advising clients on women’s rights under the IPC and Indian Succession Act.

I managed MCA and RBI filings including FC‑GPR, FLA, and private placement forms, drafted shareholder agreements and MoUs, and assisted in NCLT matters under the Companies Act, 2013 and IBC, 2016.
