⏩Developed and executed comprehensive B2B and B2C consulting frameworks, successfully guiding over 9,000 families and businesses in navigating senior care decisions while building strategic partnerships with industry leaders in healthcare, assisted living, and elder care services. ⏩Spearheaded strategic initiatives including serving as interim CEO for one of India's largest retirement communities, leading product launches for senior-focused retail brands, and developing go-to-market strategies for eldercare home modification solutions. ⏩Established Care Finder® as a thought leader through creation of industry tracking systems and research perspectives, while actively participating in key industry bodies including Association of Senior Living Tamil Nadu (Coordinator) and CII Task Force for Seniors. ⏩Built and managed strategic partnerships with diverse stakeholders including NGOs, senior citizen forums, and government bodies, conducting critical audits of government-funded daycare centers and eldercare facilities. ⏩Created a robust advisory ecosystem bringing together experts from healthcare, hospitality, and senior care sectors, enhancing service delivery and industry insights.

Worked with a leading HR services organization as head of sales and marketing for HR services that include : Staffing ( recruitment), Payroll ( sales & customer support ), third party compliances and audit, temporary staffing. This was a national position and had created market for the services across India devising both online and offline strategies for the Organization.

Moved out as the Chief Operating Officer after almost 9 years of work. Build the staffing business with the directors from scratch. Moved up from project head to AVP operations, to VP Sales and finally Chief Operating Officer. Was the international services director for customer support from Randstad for global accounts and strategy. Introduced many managed programs in sales n staffing for large corporates like Pepsi, Coke, HUL, Coffee Day, ICICI Bank Dell etc., Helped company form a JV company with ICICI Bank for setting up salesforce staffing .

Worked with Shriram Group, Overseas Sanmar Finance, Kotak Mahindra and almost 4 years with GE Capital ( Countrywide - Consumer Finance). Moved from executive to Senior management cadre over 11 year period handling distribution and sales strategies for fiancial services products and services across India. Handled Fixed Deposits, Corporate Finance, Investment banking and finally consumer finance.
